This role is for a Customer Strategy/Experience Project Manager to work with our clients and team of senior technology and business consultants to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects. The role will include guiding clients through strategic planning and decisions, shaping of business cases, defining roadmaps, project planning, resource and financial management and project lifecycle management as well as delivering quality outcomes to time and budget.
The ideal candidate would be passionate about Digital business and the role Customer Experience and Data Analytics play in the integrated Digital business-operating model, and currently working in a project manager role within a tier 1 consulting or leading technology firm.
